Justin Bieber's latest antics

Justin Bieber's latest antics not seen as 'hot and sexy'

Just when you think Justin Bieber is maturing and growing out of his boyhood antics, along comes a picture of him in a rather vulgar looking pose. While some say Justin looks sexy doing what he is doing in a new picture he posted on Twitter this weekend, many more agree that he looks “raunchy.”
In reports last week Justin and Selena Gomez were buying some land to build their dream home, in what most would consider a very grownup move. Then come Saturday Justin posts this picture of him and two male friends and in this picture he is purposely grabbing his crotch for the camera.
Hollywood Life posted this picture and asked readers if they found Justin acting “hot and sexy” or just plain “raunchy.” Believe it or not almost 70% of the readers who voted checked off “raunchy.”
The comments that the article got also reflected that this picture wasn’t received well at all. He was called a “creepy kid” by one commenter. The thought that he would post a picture like this when “there are 8 and 9 year old girls who adore him and have to see this is …….disgusting,” wrote another commenter.
Then of course there’s Selena Gomez, who is the epitome of a lady and once she gets a gander at this she’s sure to find this embarrassing. What he was trying to prove or convey in this picture is unknown, but it certainly goes against the grain of a mature young man.
If not out of respect for his fans, he should at least have respect for Selena and not post this. How will she feel when her mother or other family members see the boy she loves behaving like this?
He needs to take a good look at what he is doing, after walking away from the VMA’s this year for the first time without an award, it looks as if his popularity could be waning. This is just not the way to turn things around.

Lawyer in Justin Bieber

Lawyer in Justin Bieber car chase case fights anti-paparazzi law

A paparazzo charged with recklessly pursuing Justin Bieber for photos will challenge the constitutionality of the law targeting aggressive celebrity-hounding tactics, his attorney said Friday. Attorney David S. Kestenbaum filed a motion asking a judge to declare that the 2010 California statute penalizing those who drive recklessly in pursuit of commercial photos is unconstitutional.
The 17-page motion argues the law used to charge his client, Paul Raef, violates First Amendment protections for the press and is too broad.
Kestenbaum filed the motion during a brief hearing that neither Raef nor Bieber attended. The photographer was charged last month with four misdemeanor counts after a July 6 high-speed pursuit on a Los Angeles freeway involving the pop singer and other paparazzi.
Raef is the first person charged under the law.
The motion does not address the specifics of the incident, but rather challenges the law on constitutional grounds. It contends the law is vague because state vehicle codes do not adequately define what would be a photo taken for commercial purposes.
"First and foremost, the statute unconstitutionally singles out the press for a special penalty," the motion states.
A judge will hear the motion during a hearing on Sept. 24. Raef has not yet entered a plea in the case.
Raef, 30, was not arrested during the chase. However, his license plate was reported to police, who investigated and presented the case to city prosecutors. They charged Raef on July 25, but when the photographer appeared for booking, Kestenbaum said police were unaware of the new law and he was not processed.
Kestenbaum said he expects the case will likely end up in an appeals court, regardless of any ruling by a criminal court judge.
Raef has also been charged with more traditional reckless driving and for following other cars too closely.
Prosecutors allege he chased Bieber at more than 80 mph and forced other motorists to avoid collisions while Raef tried to get shots of the teen heartthrob.

Justin Bieber, Movie Star? Mark Wahlberg says

Justin Bieber, Movie Star? "If I Have Anything to Do With it," Says Mark Wahlberg

Justin Bieber, Mark Wahlberg
Justin Bieber is getting closer to making his big-time transition from music phenom to movie superstar.
The Biebs' pal Mark Wahlberg gave us an update on the script for the upcoming basketball flick that he the 18-year-old "Boyfriend" singer have been working on.
Justin Bieber talks acting
"We got a first draft," Wahlberg told us while promoting Marked, his new sports nutrition line for GNC. "They did an edit on the script and got to make some changes and do a little bit of rewrite and polish but I've been in contact with [Justin's] managers and the studio a lot. We just want to make it great and we're getting there."
The flick will star Bieber as a basketball player. "I think of Paul Newman and Tom Cruise in The Color of Money but in the world of inner city basketball," Wahlberg dished.
Paul Newman and Tom Cruise? Those are some big shoes for the Biebs to fill!
Find out why Wahlberg's big muscles left a Bridesmaids funny lady speechless
"I just think personally we have a great idea," Wahlberg said. "He's a great athlete...he's focused and he wants to have success in the movie world and acting as well. He's focused and patient about finding the right particular part, working with the right people and I think he'd do a great job. I think we have good chemistry and like I said he's right for this particular part and it's an idea we've had for a while."
So can we expect to see Bieber on the big screen by next year? "Possibly, if I have anything to do with it," Wahlberg said.
And for the record, Wahlberg isn't the only Bieber fan in his family. "My sons are [fans] and my youngest daughter is, but my oldest daughter is not a fan," the 41-year-old Fighter star said, adding, "I think it's when Selena Gomez came into the picture."

Justin Bieber Gives Prince William Hair Advice

Justin Bieber Gives Prince William Hair Advice and a 12-Year-Old YouTube Beauty Vlogger Battles a Second Cancer in Alluring Links

alluring-links-spring-2012.jpgThis week, we told you new and wannabe blondes what changes to expect in your post-hair color beauty routine, and assured you that you would not go blind if you used liquid liner on your inner rim (though it still might not be such a great idea). Here's what we were reading when we weren't glued to the Olympics.
CC creams are a real thing, not something I just made up to one-up BB creams. "Color control" creams are available in Asia, and they're basically BB creams with more coverage and skin-care benefits. Chanel's CC cream—shouldn't those c's be back-to-back and crossing over each other?—will soon be available in America.
Justin Bieber took a shot at Prince William's receding hairline, saying, "I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia. I don't know why he doesn't just get those things, those products. You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?" Do you think there's even the slightest chance that Will was like "Wow, what is this Propecia of which you speak?! None of my many fancy butlers has ever mentioned it! Thanks Justin, I am now a Beliber." Yeah. Me neither. Since Biebs is so freely sharing his thoughts, so am I: First of all, kid, there are plenty of reasons not to take Propecia. Get your learn on. Secondly, you're really tempting the gods to smote your cocky pompadour.
Only 3 percent of nail techs are dudes, prompting Jezebel to declare it the last female-centric beauty industry. I must admit I've met zero male manicurists but so many male hairdressers in my beauty-mag day. Though also in my anecdotal experience, I feel the makeup biz is still more female than male, despite the success of legend-level men folk Dick Page, François Nars, and Tom Pecheux.
Kelly Ripa has copped to Botox being a part of her beauty routine: "I get Botox injected right here, right into my forehead as much as possible!" Unrelated: Josh Groban should be her forever co-host. Or Pat Kiernan. [Glamour's The Girls in the Beauty Dept.]
Talia Joy Castellano, a 12-year-old YouTube beauty vlogger and cancer patient, who says she uses makeup "as my wig," has announced that she now has two types of cancer. For the last 5 years, Castellano has undergone treatment for neuroblastoma and is strongly considering not having a bone marrow transplant for her newly diagnosed pre-leukemia; this means that barring an alternative treatment, she'll have four months to a year to live. On Tuesday, she told her fans: "I'm going to continue doing videos as long as I can...I really, really love doing YouTube. You guys are freakin' amazing. Don't freak out...It's not like it's going to be tomorrow...I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from not wanting to do the transplant...The journey of having cancer was amazing. But every journey has an end." Madonna, Jay-Z, Justin Bieber Sued for Insult

Stars sued for being offensive, loud, and worse
Following up on threats made when the Queen of Pop debuted a video featuring ultra-conservative French party leader Marine Le Pen with a swastika emblazoned on her forehead in Tel Aviv in May, Le Pen's camp announced today that the politician will file a lawsuit for "public insult" after Madge brought the same video to Paris' Le Stade de France Saturday night. The video, which also visually criticized leaders like Pope Benedict, Chinese leader Hu Jintao, and (because who can resist) Sarah Palin, backed the song "Nobody Knows Me" and highlighted the "Nazi-sympathizing image," reports the Guardian, that Le Pen attempted to clean up after she took over the party from her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen. (Marine Le Pen came in third in the presidential race.)
Madonna is also facing a much less timely case, one that claims (per E!) that the singer's iconic 1990 House Ball-inspired "Vogue" "intentionally sampled" the horn and strings from a Delaware-based company VMG's 1977 composition, a song called "Love Break." The company claims that producer Richard "Shep" Pettibone, who worked on "Vogue," had been originally hired by VMG to do a few remixes of "Love Break" and the samples he and Madonna's label, Warner Bros., allegedly took from the VMG tune were "intentionally disguised" and "deliberately hidden… within 'Vogue' so as to avoid detection." The company claims in the suit that it was only in 2011, when the company got ahold of the right technology, were they able to "confirm" the sampling (the suit also claims the company has sent two notices to the label and to Madonna's camp of the infringement since July of last year). The company is suing for damages "in addition to [Madonna's] profits that are attributable to the copyrighted material."
Jay-Z will be facing a similarly belated legal action in the near future. Dwayne Walker, a Bronx-based clothing designer, just filed a lawsuit in Manhattan on Thursday seeking $7 million from Jay and his Roc-A-Fella label, claiming he designed its logo in 1995 and was never paid for his work or subsequent royalties, according to the AP. The relaunched label is currently a subsidiary of Island Def Jam/Universal Music Group, though Jay-Z stepped down from his boss role in 2007. Why the suit is so late in coming has not been reported; neither the founders of Roc-a-Fella nor the heads of Def Jam have commented.
Also, a woman named Stacey Wilson Betts is suing Justin Bieber, his label (Island/Universal), the concert promoter, and the Rose Garden Arena in Portland for $9.23 million in damages, saying she developed tinnitus after taking her daughter to the Biebs' July 14, 2010 concert there. TMZ reports that Betts claims to have suffered permanent hearing damage after Bieber was steered into the crowd riding "a heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" and "[pointed] into various sections of the arena, [enticing] the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion." Said heart boat (which is, incidentally, not the only metallic vehicle Bieber employs) acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of [her] ears," Betts says, resulting in sleep loss and a constant ringing sound. No one from Bieber's camp has commented on the suit, but considering the singer's history with unruly fans, as well as the dubious science at play, this one is likely to be resolved pretty quickly — a relief, we're sure, for Betts' no doubt mortified daughter.

Justin Bieber: All Around The World Part 2

Justin Bieber: All Around The World Part 2 Recap: Justin Blows Up The Apollo Theater — Watch

Justin Bieber All Around The World

A power outage at The Apollo can’t stop Justin from giving his fans the best show ever! Now that’s dedication.

Justin Bieber continued his journey across the globe in part two of Justin Bieber: All Around The World on NBC. Read on to see if Justin was OK after passing out on those stairs in Paris and how the show must go on, no matter what.

At the end of part 1, Justin had passed out on the stairs after smacking his head into a glass window in Paris. After a tense 5 minutes that had manager Scooter Braun scared for his main man, Justin came to with only a small concussion and a nice little bruise on his forehead. Whew!
The next morning Justin jumped on a plane to his next destination – Milan. More screaming fans mobbed the pop-star, but Justin didn’t seem to mind, taking time to pose for pics with as many fans as possible. Aww, what a guy!
The fans might love Justin the most, but they share the love for his whole team. Catching a sight of music video director Alfredo Flores or Scooter is as much a thrill as seeing Justin himself.
A quick stop in Verona and Justin was on the move again to Madrid, Spain. And in case Justin was feeling a little homesick by this point, his dad and little sister Jazmyn were there for him. Justin and Jazmyn sang along to his hit “Boyfriend” and she couldn’t get enough.
“Play that song again,” she cooed. Even his sister’s got Bieber Fever.
But at the end of the day, Justin was happy to have his little sister around, cuddling with her on the couch while she slept peacefully. Such a good big brother!
Justin spread the amour from Spain to Mexico, where he got ready for his biggest show EVER – 250,000 people! No sweat though. Even with all those fans screaming outside, Justin sat in his room strumming his guitar, waiting for the show to start.
Justin’s calm demeanor reminded Alfredo of the first time the Beatles met Elvis Presley. Elvis was simply playing his guitar when the Fab Four walked in.
Comparisons to the Beatles and Elvis were everywhere, as Justin out-shined Sir Paul McCartney in Mexico. Over 150,000 more fans came out for Justin’s concert than for Paul’s 2 weeks prior. Looks like Bieber Fever trumps Beatlemania.
But what do you do after playing the biggest concert of your life? For Justin, you go back to the place where it all began.
He stopped by his hometown of Stratford, Canada and played an impromptu concert at the steps where he used to perform cover songs as a young boy on his guitar. This time he got to perform one of his own songs, as the crowd helped him sing “Baby.”
“It’s important to never forget where I came from,” Justin said.
The final stop on this two week tour that covered 19 cities in 7 countries was perhaps the greatest city on Earth – New York City!
Only one small problem – Justin had no place to hold his last concert. The New York Police Department would not grant the request for a permit to play an outside concert in any of the five boroughs. No surprise considering what happened in Europe and what Justin found waiting for him at Rockefeller Center on the day before his Today show performance.
Girls were camped out the entire week, waiting for Justin to arrive for his Friday morning performance. He even stood out the side of his car, waving to all his adoring fans decked out in their Bieber gear.
But the search was on for a venue, and Scooter AKA Mr. Gets It Done was on it. Justin’s one request – “I wanna go someplace Michael (Jackson) performed.”
Before his performance though, Justin had to check in with … the wife? Yes, Mrs. Bieber, Avalanna Routh was in New York to see Justin and the two couldn’t have been cuter. The six-year-old girl, who is fighting brain cancer, was so happy to see Justin, and the feeling was obviously mutual.
“I’m worried I won’t see her again,” Justin said about each time he meets up with Avalanna.
Finally the night of the secret show arrived, and it was all going down at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. Ludacris and Justin performed their hit “All Around The World” and then things went south.
Alarms sounded backstage and Justin could no longer hear the music in his headset. All power to the audio equipment had shut down.
“Justin Bieber just blew up the Apollo,” one of his team members said, more proud of Justin than disappointed that they might not be able to go on.
Didn’t stop Justin. He had the most loyal and committed fans backing him up and they finished the concert together, all singing at the top of their lungs to their favorite Bieber tunes.
“It started with my fans, and tonight it ends with me and them,” Justin said. “I’m blessed. I have all my Beliebers to thank for that.”

Usher Tells Justin Bieber

Usher has revealed that he wants Justin Bieber to enjoy his travelling around the world despite his hectic schedule that sees him in countries for sometimes only a matter of hours.
The 'Scream' singer, who has a close relationship with the 18-year-old after helping build his phenomenal success has claimed that his experience growing up in the spotlight has allowed him to pass on vital advice to Bieber.
''I see him and his crazy life and just tell him to enjoy it. When I started out, things were crazy so I say to Justin, 'Life is not worth it if you're not living it. Creative people are perfectionists and obsess over things. Sometimes we need to relax and have fun. So Justin, enjoy it as I went round the world three times before I decided to look up and see it. Absorbing your surroundings when you travel is so important.',” Usher said.
After having recently released his latest album, Looking 4 Myself, Usher has explained the meaning behind the title – especially after battling out in the courts with his ex-wife Tameka Foster over the custody of his two sons.
Talking to The Sun, Usher said: 'You spend an entire lifetime looking for yourself. You're always looking to better yourself, or looking for the centre of balance.
''You can analyse the decisions you've made, the places you've gone, the things you've done and experiences you've had, and ask yourself, 'Man, am I holding it together? Am I going through the same thing? Is this becoming repetitive? Do I need to change something about myself? Do I need to find the right me?'
''I felt it was a conversation worthy of the album title.''

Justin Bieber Two-Wheel BALLIN' On New $20k Superbike

Justin Bieber is snatching up hot wheels like most people buy Starbucks -- 'cause he just added a sick limited edition Ducati motorcycle to his ever-expanding fleet of vehicles.

According to sources, 18-year-old Bieber dropped $20,000 on a Ducati Superbike 848 EVO ... which was delivered to him Thursday.

We're told Biebs picked out the arctic white silk model at an LA dealership called Beverly Hills Ducati a couple days ago ... on recommendation from Usher, who has the black model.

Biebs doesn't even have his motorcycle license yet, but we're told he's working on it.

The racing bike should look awesome next to his Cadillac CTS-V, Smart Swag Car, and chromed out Fisker Karma.

That new $6 million Calabasas mansion better have a fat garage.

Justin Bieber The Housing Crisis Is Hurting Me Too!

Justin Bieber is suffering the effects of the housing crisis ... just like millions of other homeowners ... because he can't get the mortgage he wants on the house he wants to buy.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin has made an offer on a 9,000 square foot estate in Calabasas, CA ... a ritzy area with gated communities 20 miles from Hollywood. We've learned the hang-up is that the property didn't appraise near the asking price of $7+ million.

Justin could easily afford to plunk down the asking price, but we're told his business manager has insisted that he take out a mortgage, because it makes good financial sense. But we're told the appraisal has come in significantly under asking -- more than a million under. As a result, Justin can't get the mortgage his business manager wants.

So Justin and the seller are haggling over price, trying figure out if they can agree on a price that will allow the 18-year-old to get a mortgage. We're told Justin is willing to pay $6 mil but the seller is blanching because he sunk way more than that into the property.

It's tough for everyone in these difficult times. Well, not really.

Justin Bieber Haggles on Calabasas Mansion

Justin Bieber has made an offer on a sprawling mansion in Calabasas, CA ... but we're told the 18-year-old is wheeling and dealing with the seller and unless the seller caves ... it may fall through.

We're told the estate is in a gated community, which is the attraction for Justin -- privacy.  The downside -- Justin just turned 18 and it's kinda weird for someone his age to live 22 miles from the Hollywood scene.

Our sources say the seller was asking for around 7+ million but Justin's offer was approximately $1.5 million under that price.

And he has by no means decided to buy the house at any price.  We're told on Sunday he looked at another house in the Hollywood Hills -- NOT the house Ashton Kutcher is renting.

How Justin Bieber Can Avoid Getting Arrested

HollywoodLife.com spoke to Los Angeles attorney Mychal Wilson, who gave us the rundown on what Justin’s team needs to do to keep him from behind bars — read on to find out what!

It’s no secret that Justin Bieber’s been having an interesting couple of days, following the May 26 incident in which he allegedly attacked a photographer while on a date with girlfriend Selena Gomez. While it’s certain that he will have to speak with police regarding the night, is there a real chance that the 18-year-old singer will actually be arrested?
Mychal Wilson spoke with HollywoodLife.com exclusively and said, “The alleged misdemeanor battery charges against Justin Bieber may vary depending if there were any aggravating or mitigating circumstances. For example, did the photographer initiate any shoving? Was Justin acting in self-defense? Did the photographer falsely imprison Justin by blocking [Justin's] car with his car?”
Mychal goes on to explain that “California Penal Code Section 236 defines False Imprisonment as ‘the unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another.’ Accordingly, [his] defense team may argue the paparazzo falsely imprisoned [Justin] when he allegedly blocked [Justin's] car to obtain photographs of the music star. Consequently, Justin was acting in self defense.”
But what would happen to the “Boyfriend” singer should he be arrested and found guilty?
Mychal says, “The maximum jail time would be six months in county jail. California Penal Code Section 243(a) states ‘a battery is punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six months, or by both that fine and imprisonment.”
He continued, “Justin has no priors, so he would probably be placed on probation in a worse case scenario. And, as we have seen with other celebrities, presumably, it is safe to speculate that, due to overcrowding in the LA county jail, [he] would not spend a single day” behind bars.
And when asked, what did Mychal see as the end result of this whole debacle?
“End Result: This case will probably disappear, and of course, Justin Bieber’s record sales will probably skyrocket.”
We can only hope so.
But what do you think, HollywoodLifers? Is Justin looking at serious jail time? Or will he be back on the stage in no time? Let us know!

Justin Bieber I Wore $20K On My NECK at Mayweather Fight

Looking like he wandered off the set of "Goodfellas," Justin Bieber rocked a golden diamond-encrusted fish around his neck at the Mayweather fight on Saturday -- and TMZ has learned, the thing cost $20,000!!!

Sources tell us, the 14k gold "koi" fish -- designed by celeb jeweler Ben Baller -- boasts 14 carats of VVS diamonds all over (supposedly fancier than normal non-VVS diamonds). Even the chain is covered in 12 carats of diamonds.

it's unclear if the necklace was a gift or if Bieber paid for it himself.

FYI -- Koi fish represent good luck. Not like Mayweather needed it.

Justin Bieber Battery Suspect

Justin was in Calabasas, where he lives, just after noon Sunday at a mall called The Commons.  A paparazzo attempted to take Justin's picture and, according to law enforcement, some sort of physical altercation erupted between Justin and the camera guy.

The photog called 911, and when cops arrived Justin and GF Selena Gomez had already split.

The photog complained of pain to his upper torso, an ambulance was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital where he was examined and released a short time later.

The photog filed a police report naming Justin as the culprit. Cops are investigating the incident as a misdemeanor battery.

Law enforcement tells us detectives want to speak with Justin, Selena and any other witnesses.

We placed a call to Justin's rep ... so far, no comment.

update_bar
We're told several witnesses at the scene say after the altercation, a lawyer walked up to the photog and said he could get a lot of money out of the incident and advised the dude to call for an ambulance and file a police report.

Witnesses also say the photog had been blocking Justin's car as the singer was trying to leave.  Justin got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't, and a scuffle ensued.
